In-Person and Virtual Options for Participants

12:00 p.m. | Provided Lunch Begins

12:30 – 1:10 p.m. | Opening Remarks and Keynote  during Lunch

1:15 – 2:05 p.m. | Session 1 – Literature Reviews, Proposals or Class Projects

2:10 – 3:00 p.m. | Session 2 – Completed Research Projects

3:00 – 3:30 p.m. | Networking Session 

3:30 – 4:30 p.m. | Poster Session & Reception

4:30 – 5:00 p.m. | Awards & Closing Ceremony

  • All participants will submit a recorded presentation to the Symposium Committee by 4/16.
  • Judges, faculty, and other attendees can review the recorded presentations during the week of 4/17.
  • On the day of the Symposium, participants will be assigned to small groups (either in-person or a Zoom breakout room). During the break-out sessions, they will briefly recap their research and then there will be an opportunity for questions and discussion.
