A student should submit the graduate appeal form to initiate that a request be reviewed by the Faculty Petitions Committee. Please include all relevant information, in detail, on this form. If supporting documentation is needed, please submit that information via email to graduate@longwood.edu. Please be sure to reference in the email that the documentation goes along with your appeal form.
