Room Code – G912.
To book online, please go to Hotelweyanoke.com and select the dates at the top right hand corner. Then select the “Book Now” option under the drop down menu. On the next page under the “Add Code” section, please scroll down and select option 3 – “Group Attendee”. Enter your group code G912 in the blank. This will allow you to see only the rooms in our block to get our special rate.
You are also welcome to call the hotel and book directly into the group (LU VCGS 26, March 2026). The hotel’s phone number is 434.658.7500.

3:00-4:00 p.m. Tour of the Moton Museum
6:15 p.m. Meet in Hotel Weyanoke lobby to walk to dinner (3 blocks from hotel about a 6 minute walk)
6:30 p.m. Dinner at The Fox and Lamb
Day Two – Friday, March 27th
at Allen Hall, Room 101 (2 on Campus Map, 1 block from hotel)
