Current and former school administrators, in collaboration with Longwood faculty, will mentor, guide, and instruct you in the skills you need to become a leader among your peers. Our fully-online Reading, Literacy, & Learning endorsement provides teachers the opportunity to investigate research-based theories, put theory into effective practice, and examine how culture impacts teaching and learning. While all online, some of the courses meet synchronously 3-7 times per semester to provide you the opportunity to connect with your cohort and your professors. Learn more. 

Our School Librarianship Endorsement fits right into your busy life. The hybrid format allows for you to meet in-person with your cohort on Saturdays – right where you live and work – while also receiving online instruction throughout the week.
