Teaching with Google Apps - Part 3


Learners in this class will build a robust Google Classroom using multiple add-on apps. Part 3 will go deeper into the use of Google apps learned in Parts 1 and 2, and integrate the use of the applications learned in each into the Google Classroom experience. Learners will develop products to be integrated in their classroom immediately as well as learn ways to keep or become more organized.

Prerequisites: Teaching with Google Apps – Parts 1 and 2

Goals & Learning Outcomes:

  • Apply Google Classroom to existing K12 classroom.
  • Create a welcoming, multi-faceted opening page for your Google Classroom.
  • Develop an interactive Google Classroom that involves multiple levels of interaction for students.
  • Create minimum of 5 learning units/modules that relate to current curriculum and are fully integrated into Google Classroom, to include assignments, assessments, resources, videos, and announcements.
  • Integrate a Google Meet recording into Google Classroom.
