Blending and Flipping Your Classroom

Are you blending or flipping your classroom? Are your students blending and flipping? In this interactive workshop, you will learn about different models of blended and flipped teaching and how to lead meaningful discussions within the online world. After this course you will be ready to use the online activities that you create to complement your face-to-face learning.

Goals & Learning Outcomes:

  • Identify at least 5 ways to blend or flip an activity in your classroom.
  • Compare and contrast traditional vs. flipped vs. blended methods.
  • Demonstratre a reflective understanding of the benefits of a flipped or blended classroom.
  • Apply knowledge learned to create a learning experience to be used with your students.
  • Apply the methods of blending or flipping a classroom to the creation of a unit plan sketch.
