Register for Longwood University’s Clinical Supervision Workshop before seats are full!

 

The workshop, Clinical Supervision: Critical Cultural Competence and Supervision in Rural Settings, is an online 14-hour training that is designed to fulfill the Virginia Board of Social Work’s requirement for Licensed Clinical Social Workers to provide clinical supervision to social workers pursuing their LCSW. 

 

Topics covered in the training include:

  • Supervision regulations outlined by the Virginia Board of Social Work
  • The supervisory relationship
  • Ethical supervision
  • Key concepts related to supervision in rural settings
  • Tele-supervision
  • Critical cultural competence
  • Models and theories of supervision

Our Format

Earn 14 CE Hours from Longwood faculty — fully online! 

Utilize self-paced virtual modules plus two two-hour synchronous (face-to-face) virtual meetings.
